Office Redevelopment

On the first, second, and third floors of the commercial building, which also hosts shops and a gym with private road access, Alpha Test undertook a significant renovation project. The extraordinary maintenance focused on the architectural update of office spaces, where we completely revamped the interior architectural aspect.

Architectural and Building Implementation

Our intervention comprehensively revised the configuration of spaces. Gypsum board walls were removed and replaced, suspended ceilings were dismantled and reinstalled to meet new aesthetic and functional requirements. Raised floors were adjusted to allow for the installation of new high-quality finishes, including acoustic barriers, which were demolished and subsequently reinstalled to enhance acoustic comfort within the offices. Additionally, we installed carpets on the floors, new interior windows, and painted all surfaces, creating a contemporary and welcoming work environment. Finally, the carpentry work was executed with mastery, adding a touch of personalization and refinement to the workspaces.
