Facade Restoration
In this project, we competently tackled the restoration of the stone cladding, a delicate operation requiring precision and attention to detail. Our goal was to remove elements harmful to the material, such as soluble salts, encrustations, and layers of previously applied but now unsuitable materials.
Methodical Selection of Cleaning Techniques
We chose cleaning methods based on the type of substance to be removed and the nature of the surface, ensuring effective treatment across the entire cladding. Particular attention was given to cleaning partially adhering surface deposits, such as dirt and guano, using water, sprayers, brushes, and sponges, with care in using water in public areas.
Comprehensive Site Management
Our intervention included all provisional works necessary for the execution of the tasks, maintaining constant site cleanliness to ensure a final result conforming to the highest construction standards.
Complete Cleaning and Removal of Harmful Elements
The surfaces were treated to eliminate encrustations, soluble salts, and any unsuitable materials, including invasive vegetation. This attention to detail is essential to preserve the quality and aesthetics of the cladding.
Masonry Assistance and Structural Checks
Complementary masonry works were managed in parallel, applying specific percentages to tasks requiring assistance, such as excavation for underfloor pipes. Additionally, detailed checks were conducted on the facade, including tapping to identify incoherent materials and nighttime interventions to ensure maximum structural safety. We also carried out inspections on the cornice gutter and video inspections for downspout connections, ensuring proper linkage between the gutter and the internal downspout.
Delivery of Complete Technical Documentation
The project concluded with the delivery of comprehensive technical documentation, including the As Built and technical reports, reflecting our commitment to transparency and quality in the restoration process.
