Facade Renovation in Milan

The renovation project involved the external facade of a condominium building in Milan, comprising ten residential units. Thanks to the Bonus 60, meticulous cleaning and painting were carried out, as well as the restoration of deteriorated parts, including balcony railings, ornaments, friezes, cornices, and gutters.

Maintenance and Restoration with Bonus 50

Through Bonus 50, the architectural details characterizing the facade were expertly restored: iron elements, including railings, were repaired, and careful restoration work brought the two wooden doors back to their historic elegance.
